Revolutio were engaged by the Australian Steel Institute to recalculate section property data and load tables for the fifth edition of the “Design Capacity Tables for Structural Steel: Volume 1 - Open Sections”, culminating in the first major revision of the revered industry manual in 25 years.
The new edition features more accurate figures, the reintroduction of high-strength steel grades, and changes to torsional buckling parameters reflecting the latest research from Australia and abroad.
